Early Learning Programs
ECS provides programs based on the latest research showing the impact of early activities on brain development. Bright, colorful environments encourage exploration, engaging playthings stretch young imaginations and develop motor skills, and shared stories and rhymes build language skills. Developing language skills are supported through meaningful conversation, where teachers expand on children’s ideas and explore new ideas together.
Infant Program (6 weeks-11 months)
Our infant program is based on the latest research showing the impact of early activities on brain development. We offer a bright, colorful environment to encourage exploration. Engaging playthings stretch young imaginations and develop motor skills. Shared stories and rhymes build early language skills.

Toddler Program (12-23 months)
In our toddler programs, children enjoy dramatic play, creative movement, and artistic expression activities built around monthly themes. Hands-on activities in learning centers encourage child-directed cognitive development and social skills.
Early Preschool Program (24-36 months)
Our early preschool programs nurture curiosity, initiative, persistence, reasoning, and problem-solving – the essential elements of lifelong learning. Each day’s lessons include learning centers and group activities to provide children the opportunity to develop cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills.
Preschool Programs (3-5 years)
In our preschool programs, children explore their world with curiosity and delight. To ensure that our preschoolers develop the skills they need to enter school ready to learn, our thematic curriculum emphasizes early literacy skills, including book knowledge and appreciation, phonological awareness, alphabet recognition, print awareness, early writing, and oral language development.
Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK)
Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten is a state funded program that prepares young children for successful Kindergarten experience by fostering emergent literacy skills, socio-emotional growth and a love of learning. If your child turns 4 by September 1st, they are eligible to participate in Florida’s Free VPK education program during the hours of 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
