Division Director, Accounting Principals and Ajilon

Brooke began working with Accounting Principals in April of 2014 as a Business Development Manager. She was promoted to Division Director of Accounting Principals and Ajilon in April 2017. Accounting Principals & Ajilon are both subsidiaries of Adecco Group North America and specialize in the staffing of accounting, finance, human resources, marketing, administrative and non-clinical healthcare professionals. She has a background in sales, customer service, and nonprofit work.

 

Brooke has lived in Jacksonville since 1992 and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Psychology & Master of Health Science from the University of Florida. She was awarded the Graduate Leadership award in 2003 upon graduating with her Masters.

 

After graduate school Brooke accepted a position with the Center for Independent Living in Gainesville, FL where she worked as a Vocational Counselor. In that role she assisted with job placement, job coaching, interview preparation, and independent living skills coaching for persons with disabilities. In 2005, she moved back to Jacksonville, and began her career in recruiting & sales. She has worked in the staffing & for-profit education sectors.

 

In Brooke’s current position as Division Director, she is responsible for the overall growth of her recruiting and sales team and the organization. She focuses on maintaining and building upon a client base while developing new customer relationships; her approach is consultative & educational. Her primary goal is to ensure clients’ employment needs are filled effectively & efficiently. She achieved Gold Level Champions club in 2017 and Bronze Level Champions club in 2016.

 

She has been an active member of the JAX Chamber Health Council and is now serving as an officer on the board as Vice President. She is also the Trustee representative with the JAX Chamber for Adecco Group North America.
