What You Should Know About Child Care LicensingLicensing

Before enrolling your child in any licensed child care facility or home, it is recommended that you review the provider’s licensing records. Any complaints that have been filed, citations (negative findings) issued, and administrative actions taken since 2004 are available on-line at https://cares.myflfamilies.com/PublicSearch or by contacting your local licensing office.

For Baker, Clay, & Nassau counties, call: (904) 485-9564.

For St. Johns and Putnam Counties call: (386) 481-9264.
