COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility Expands to Include Child Care Head Start/Early Head Start Employees
All Head Start/Early Head Start employees and child care workers in Florida, regardless of age, can receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
It is advised that you take your FL Drivers license, check stub/work badge, and insurance card if you have one (not required).

FEMA site in Jacksonville:
The Gateway Mall on Jacksonville’s Northside is set to open for vaccine shots March 3 and will operate seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. as one of four federal sites in the state.
The Florida Division of Emergency Management has also announced the first of a series of satellite vaccine sites that will operate in connection with the Gateway Mall federal vaccine hub.
- From March 3-13, they will be at these sites: Hammond Senior Center at 3312 West 12 St. 32221 & Normandy Community Center at 1751 Lindsey Road, 32221
No appts are needed at the FEMA supported sites! However, appts can be scheduled using the following number 866-200-3762.
The state website https://myvaccine.fl.gov/ has not updated the priority list to include Child Care workers of any age at this time.

Create an account and you can view stores in your area and schedule appt. When I browsed this morning, I did find appt in the Duval County area within the week.
