Matthew Ohlson is the Executive Director and Endowed Professor at the UNF Taylor Leadership Institute. He has received numerous accolades, including the UNF Gender Equity Award, HR.com LEAD Award, FCAN Innovator Award, American Graduate Champion Award (PBS), Work of Heart Leadership Award (United Way), Service to Youth Award (Jefferson Awards for Public Service), Visionary Award (EdTech Digest), and the Foundation Heroes Award (UnitedHealthcare).

As a leadership coach, Matthew has guided 7 Olympians, 29 professional athletes, 30 collegiate teams, and over 1,100 business leaders and educational administrators nationwide. He is the author of three books and more than 20 articles on leadership development. Additionally, Dr. Ohlson is the founder of the award-winning “CAMP Osprey” leadership mentoring program and serves as the Director of Leadership Services for UNF Athletics.
