ECS4Kids Professional Development Department
We support learning events by developing high-quality trainings, empowering facilitators in implementing best practices, administering training within the Canvas online learning platform and ensuring alignment with International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) accreditation. As an IACET Authorized Provider, ECS4Kids offers CEUs for programs that qualify under these standards.
We support staff by providing on-site individualized training and technical assistance to center staff, managing tuition assistance processes for Head Start, guiding the CDA credentialing process through in-person or online classes and portfolio workshops, delivering certified CLASS Observer training and support and issuing CEUs.
We make an impact by supporting knowledgeable staff, ensuring children are kindergarten ready, and empowering families.
