We’re on Your Side

Our CCR&R staff is dedicated to helping you locate a provider that meets your needs. You can rest assured that you will be provided the most up-to-date, accurate information about child care available.

Call us today to talk with one of our experienced child care professionals. At ECS, we customize child care/early learning listings according to your needs. Options are based on your preferences for location, type of program, services needed, and price range. Our child care/ early learning listings are not to be taken as recommendations, but we’ll give you the quality indicators that will help you determine how to make an informed choice that’s right for your family.

There are no charges/fees associated with a provider listing in the Child Care Resource & Referral Database or for referrals to your program. If you are asked to provide a payment for a referral or for listing in the CCR&R Database, please call DEL at 1-866-357-3239. The information reported about a provider’s program is objective program information that is based on standards that are attainable for providers based on their type of care.

We will also provide you with financial options, including subsidies, and information on tax credits for working families with children in care programs.

We encourage you to complete these surveys as DEL is our primary funder for our School Readiness, VPK, and Child Care Resource and Referral programs.
