Child Care Resource and Referral: Assisting You in Your Search for Quality Child Care
Come to Us for Answers
We help our families find child care that is easily accessible, educational, safe, and affordable through Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) – a free service offered to you by the Division of Early Learning. Services are available by phone, in person, or via website. Services are provided for families who speak a language other than English, and Florida Relay TDD is also available. Contact us by phone at 1-800-238-3463 Ext 7055 or for our online child care provider and information form click button below.
All families receiving Child Care Resource and Referral services will be contacted to complete a voluntary survey to gauge your customer service experience with our office. All responses are anonymous and confidential and will not affect your services.
Will the child care you choose have a positive impact on the development of your child? Will it help your child find success in school and in life? How can you evaluate a program to know for sure?

We’re on Your Side
Our CCR&R staff is dedicated to helping you locate a provider that meets your needs. You can rest assured that you will be provided the most up-to-date, accurate information about child care available.
Call us today to talk with one of our experienced child care professionals. At ECS, we customize child care/early learning listings according to your needs. Options are based on your preferences for location, type of program, services needed, and price range. Our child care/ early learning listings are not to be taken as recommendations, but we’ll give you the quality indicators that will help you determine how to make an informed choice that’s right for your family.
There are no charges/fees associated with a provider listing in the Child Care Resource & Referral Database or for referrals to your program. If you are asked to provide a payment for a referral or for listing in the CCR&R Database, please call DEL at 1-866-357-3239. The information reported about a provider’s program is objective program information that is based on standards that are attainable for providers based on their type of care.
We will also provide you with financial options, including subsidies, and information on tax credits for working families with children in care programs.
