Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R)
The Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) service connects parents to child care options that are accessible, educational, safe, and affordable. Offered by the Division of Early Learning, this program is free for all families, regardless of income, and available via phone, online, or in person. Services are also provided for non-English speaking families, and Florida Relay TDD is available for families with hearing impairments.
Call us at 1-800-238-3263, ext. 7055, or access our child care provider listing request form by clicking the button below.
Please note: All families receiving CCR&R services will be contacted to complete a voluntary survey about your experience with our office. All responses are anonymous, confidential, and will not affect your services.
ECS4Kids Is On Your Side
Our CCR&R staff is dedicated to helping you find child care and early learning opportunities that meet your family’s unique needs. You can rest assured that you will be provided the most up-to-date, accurate information about child care available. Options are tailored to your preferences for location, program type, services, and price range.
Please note, CCR&R provides available options, not recommendations. We encourage you to visit child care providers and use our child care quality indicators to make an informed decision.
There are no charges/fees associated with a provider listing in the Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) Database or for referrals to your program. If you are asked to provide a payment for a referral or for a listing in the CCR&R Database, please call Florida’s Division of Early Learning at 1-866-357-3239. The information reported about a provider’s program is objective program information that is based on standards that are attainable for providers based on their type of care.
We also inform families about child care licensing regulations and financial options, including subsidies and tax credits for working families with children in care programs.
