Helping Families Ensure Their Children Enter School Ready to Learn

Who We Are

Episcopal Children’s Services helps underserved children in Northeast and Central Florida build a strong foundation for educational success. Working with children from birth to age 5 – the most critical years for cognitive development – ECS’s dedicated teachers and staff use curriculums based on the latest research and best practices to help families ensure their youngsters enter school ready to learn. ECS serves over 25,000 children and their families in 14 counties using a “whole child” approach that helps kids grow intellectually, emotionally and socially. We believe that educating a child not only improves their odds for success but also strengthens the entire community.

Episcopal Children’s Services Branding + Style Guide contains the branding standards for marketing and communications efforts in promoting and operating the agency. This document is to be used as a resource and to provide clarity and guidelines regarding all aspects of the ECS brand. The ECS Style Guide (adapted from the Associated Press Stylebook) has also been included as a helpful aid for writing, grammar and punctuation. The standards established in this guide will help provide a foundation working together to elevate the agency in the area of early childhood education and the communities we serve.
