What is Vroom?

Vroom was created to help you build your child’s developing brain in everyday moments you already share with your child. It takes the latest brain research on early childhood and makes the research relevant to your daily routine. To date, Vroom has reached more than 100,000 families across the U.S.

The Vroom Difference

Science is at the heart of Vroom. Every aspect is informed by the nation’s leading neuroscience, psychology, and early childhood development researchers as well as parents. Vroom shares the science in a way that’s understandable and explains why certain activities help build your child’s brain. Vroom helps show us that the little things we already do with our kids, like diaper changes and mealtime, can be brain building moments! Vroom empowers parents. It doesn’t ask for any extra time or money. It knows the realities of parents’ busy lives and is designed to be easy to do.

The Science Behind Vroom

Your  child’s brain develops more rapidly during the first five years than at any other time. A child’s brain is built over time by experiences and interactions. Even though we can’t see it happening, every time we interact with young children, it’s like igniting or setting off fireworks in their brains. By looking at everyday moments differently and introducing simple activities, we can make a huge impact on the next generation’s growing brains.

How do I Vroom?

Vroom translates brain science into actionable tips. All tips are paired with a “Brainy Background” that highlights how the interaction is supporting your child’s brain development—helping you make the most of every moment. Vroom has a database of more than 1,000 tips that were made to become part of your daily activities and fit easily into your busy life.

The free Daily Vroom app is an easy-to-use, everyday tool. It sends a customized tip to your smartphone. You can also pick a tip based on where you are or what you’re doing, such as grocery shopping or doing laundry. Parents in every state are using Daily Vroom. Click here to download the app from the Vroom website or visit the iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store to download the app for free.
