What You Should Know About Child Care Licensing

Before enrolling your child in any licensed child care facility or home, it is recommended that you review the provider’s licensing records. Any complaints that have been filed, citations (negative findings) issued, or administrative actions taken since 2004 are available here or by contacting your local licensing office.

For Baker, Clay, and Nassau Counties, call 904-485-9564.

For St. Johns and Putnam Counties, call 386-481-9264.
