Yared Alula
Deputy General Counsel
Yared Alula currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at TMRW Sports, a sports and technology start-up founded by Tiger Woods in 2022. In his role with TMRW he advises on a wide array of matters including business development, strategic initiatives, and player issues. Prior to joining TMRW Yared served as Senior Vice President at the PGA TOUR where he provided legal and strategic counsel across the PGA TOUR’s business units, including as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of USA GOLF. Yared’s past experience included senior roles at the NBA Players Association, where he served as a key member of the NBPA negotiating committee that resolved the 2011 NBA lockout, and as an M&A attorney at Latham & Watkins. A proud native of Atlanta, Ga., Yared has also lived in Boston, New York and London. He is a trustee for the Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens and Episcopal Children’s Services. He has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from Emory University and a JD from Harvard Law School. He currently resides in Jacksonville Beach with his wife Kimberly and their three children.
