WE ARE EPISCOPAL CHILDREN’S SERVICES

Episcopal Children's Services is a recognized leader in early childhood education serving more than 27,000 children and their families in seven counties in Northeast Florida – Baker, Bradford, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam and St John's. Established in 1966, Episcopal Children's Services is a nonprofit organization with a strong entrepreneurial spirit that uses research and best practices to help families ensure their children enter school ready to learn.

Our talented, dedicated teachers and staff proactively work with under served children from birth to age five and their families to build a strong educational foundation. It is a "whole" child approach - helping kids grow intellectually, spiritually, emotionally, physically and socially. Our mission at Episcopal Children's Services is to create opportunity so that the children we serve can achieve their full potential.

Because of Episcopal Children’s Services history of strong financial management and related infrastructure, 100% of your monetary donations go directly to provide these much needed programs and provide social and emotional help for the children and families we serve. Any amount you can share will be greatly appreciated and put to good use right here at home in Duval and surrounding counties.

Please consider a donation today. All donations are 100% tax deductible!

Opening Another Window of Opportunity Video

The National Head Start Association put out a request to all agencies to send in stories, videos and new clips about the impact Head Start has made on children and families lives.  The campaign is to highlight the 27 million children who have been served by Head Start.  We were fortunate to have our own Amber Oliviera and Star Postell take on this request for Episcopal Children’s Services.  The video is a testament to the importance of these programs and to the wonderful staff who work with these children and families every day.  We would like to ask that you view this and post it on your Facebook or other social media page if you have one.  The more we can get out our message the better!!
