The start of a new year brings fresh energy, and at ECS we channel that momentum into preparing our team for success for the remainder of the school year. To kick off 2026, our Child Wellness department hosted a series of company-wide trainings designed to help staff finish the 2025–26 school year strong.
Across three regions and five sites, more than 650 ECS4Kids center staff participated in four dynamic sessions:
- Disabilities & Behavioral Health
- Education
- Health & Nutrition Services
- Family & Community Services
These trainings are more than professional development. They reflect our commitment to supporting the people who serve over 3,000 children and families every day. When our staff thrive, so do the kids in our care.
One highlight was a hands-on activity where teams worked together to construct a child’s brain using everyday materials, illustrating how each role contributes to shaping young minds. Add in interactive games and a fun pajama-day theme, and the result was learning that felt like play – edutainment at its finest.
