The Statewide Provider Portal will be used for your profile, contracts, and document maintenance. All current documents should be uploaded to the new portal.
The Provider Portal is a single statewide information system that each Early Learning Coalition and their contractors must use for the purpose of managing the single point of entry, tracking children receiving and waiting for services, coordinating services among stakeholders, determining eligibility of children, tracking child attendance & child care provider payments, as well as streamlining administrative processes for providers and early learning coalitions.
The Provider Portal User Guide was created by the Florida Office of Early Learning. As new guides and training videos are developed and made available, we will add these to our website for your convenience.
