Vicki Adams extensive career includes 20+ Chief Officer experience in the financial institution industry, responsible for strategic planning, risk management and interacting with Board Members, regulators and auditors. In her current role, Ms. Adams oversees the budget, finance, grant and accounting practices for the agency.

In addition to a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Florida, Ms. Adams has earned four professional designations – Certification of Risk Management Assurance, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Financial Services Auditor and NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer. Ms. Adams has served as a guest instructor for the Institute of Internal Auditors, the AICPA National Conference for Credit Unions, and the NAFCU Regulatory Compliance School.

Ms. Adams is a member of United Way of Northeast Florida’s Atlantic Circle and Women in Local Leadership, has served on the Duval County Public Schools Teacher of the Year Selection Committee and has been a guest speaker/instructor for several financial institution related conferences. Ms. Adams currently serves as the Immediate Past President of the Episcopal Children’s Services Board of Directors, of which she has been a member since 2015.
